Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
In the matter of Wilder Transport Limited (in receivership), and in the matter of the Receiverships Act 1993:
Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of September 2001, James Bruce Alfred McAlister and David John Strack, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Wilder Transport Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 27th day of August 1998 given by that company.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of the company's undertakings and its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers Are at the Offices of: Messrs Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
