Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 7th day of September 2001, I, Lester Andrew Wright, property manager of Auckland, was appointed receiver of income of the property of T S Witte Holdings Limited, at 1204 Tutanekei Street, Rotorua, being certificate of title 41A/593 (South Auckland Registry) ("the property").
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
