Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Ross Raymond Chiplin, of Sydney, on the 6th day of September 2001, appointed Graeme George McDonald and John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Celsius Airconditioning Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated on the 22nd day of January 1991.
Property means all interests in land, plant and machinery (including vehicles), patents, trade names, paid and unpaid capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Care of McDonald Vague & Partners, Fifth Floor, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland.
