Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 7th day of September 2001, I, Lester Andrew Wright, property manager of Auckland, was appointed receiver of income of the property of Link Holdings (PN) Limited, at "Link Arcade", 101 Broadway, Palmerston North, being certificates of title 38D/578, 38D/579, 38D/580, 38D/581 and 38D/582 (all Wellington Registry) ("the property").
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
