Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Warren Michael Johnstone, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Christchurch, were appointed receivers of Criterion Animal Foods (1997) Limited on the 11th day of September 2001, under the terms of a debenture giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
