Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of September 2001, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason, insolvency practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Calais Mount Resort Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the
30th day of June 2000 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
