Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on the 5th day of September 2001 at 12.00 midday, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of Hunters Inn (1994) Limited, pursuant to a debenture dated the 14th day of July 2001.
