Penny Jeanne Twentyman hereby gives formal notice that on the 3rd day of September 2001, she appointed John Wesley Grocott as receiver of the property of Fibbs Hair Company Limited under the terms of the first registered debenture granted over the property of the company in favour of Penny Jeanne Twentyman.
