Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 31st day of August 2001, I, Lester Andrew Wright, property manager of Auckland, was appointed receiver of income of the property of Metropolis Car Parking Limited, 87-89 Greys Avenue, Auckland, being certificates of title 980/173, 506/172, 506/173, 977/161 and 77B/401 (all North Auckland Registry) ("the property").
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
