Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 31st day of August 2001, I, Lester Andrew Wright, property manager of Auckland, was appointed receiver of income of the property of Jiff Properties Limited, 19-25 Seaview Road, Lower Hutt, being certificates of title 484/277, 484/278 and A1/1178 (all Wellington Registry) ("the property").
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
