Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
On the 16th day of August 2001, I, Timothy Vivian Meredith, accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Sky Management Holdings Limited, under the powers conferred by a debenture dated the 20th day of October 1998 given by the company, to act as receiver and manager of all assets of the company.
The Office of the Receiver and Manager is at: 4 Waima Street, Auckland.
