Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gary Traveller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Wellington and John David Naylor, of Naylor Lawrence & Associates Limited, Palmerston North, both chartered accountants, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Tots Limited on the 16th day of August 2001, under the terms of a debenture.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
