Notice of Appointment of Receiver
I, Derek Lawrence Farrelly, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 14th day of August 2001, Wolfgang Schmahl and Clive Edward Glover, holders of a debenture dated the 6th day of April 2001 issued by the company in favour of the debenture holders, appointed me receiver of all of the undertaking, property and assets of Dataperfect Holdings Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in the debenture.
