Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stuart Douglas Robertson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed receiver of Riversdale Lane Limited on the 14th day of August 2001, by deed, under the terms of a debenture dated the 13th day of May 1997.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertakings, property and assets.
