Notice is hereby given that Bruce McCallum and David Vance, chartered accountants of Auckland and Wellington, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Supply Chain Group Limited on the 15th day of August 2001, under the powers contained in debentures dated the 27th day of August 1999 and the 1st day of June 2000.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertakings and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
