On the 9th day of August 2001, Brocker Technology Group (NZ) Limited, being the holder of a debenture dated the
1st day of July 1999 and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on the 7th day of July 1999 issued to Receivables Warehouse Limited by Sealcorp Computer Products Limited ("the company") and assigned to Brocker Technology Group (NZ) Limited, appointed Richard Dale Agnew and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of the company.
