Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of
13 Woodford Terrace, Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 6th day of August 2001, I was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in a deed of debenture dated the 2nd day of September 1993.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
