Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Hacker Holdings Limited gives notice that on the 20th day of July 2001, it appointed Raymond Burgess of Burgess Associates as receiver of BKK Trading Company Limited
in respect of all the undertaking, property and assets
charged by the debenture dated the 10th day of August 2000 given by BKK Trading Company Limited and assigned to Hacker Holdings Limited by deed of assignment of debenture dated the 22nd day of June 2001.
