Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 23rd day of July 2001, we, Rowan John Chapman and Timothy Joseph Goldfinch, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Dart Marketing Limited, under powers conferred by a registered debenture dated the 1st day of February 2001 given by the company, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named company.
