Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Notice is hereby given that Michael Chan and Bruce Allen Dring, chartered accountants of Sherwin Chan & Walshe Limited, were appointed joint and several receivers of Shelf Company Formations Limited, which owns and operates a property at 15 Pharazyn Street, Lower Hutt, Wellington.
The receivership commenced on the 15th day of January 2001 at 2.00 p.m.
