Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of July 2001, Arron Leslie Heath and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of KB & DJ Logan Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 25th day of May 1999 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
