Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Douglas Monds hereby gives notice that on the
18th day of July 2001, Dianne Mary Voyle appointed Brian Douglas Monds, consultant, whose office is at 67 Mahana Road, Hamilton, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 4th day of November 1998.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect to all of the company's undertaking, and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
