Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kerryn Mark Downey and Janice Amelia Dawson, chartered accountants, hereby give notice that on the 4th day of July 2001, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of M Sport Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 28th day of March 2000, which property consists of vehicles, all freehold and leasehold land, plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, goodwill, book debts and all other assets.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Care of KPMG, Tenth Floor, KPMG Centre, 9 Princes Street, Auckland.
