Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass, hereby give notice that on the 13th day of December 2000, we were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of Bains Fabrics Temuka (1993) Limited, pursuant to debentures dated the 6th day of July 1993 and the 3rd day of September 1993.
