Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gary Traveller and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Wellington and Auckland respectively, whose office address is care of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Fourteen, 113-119 The Terrace (P.O. Box 243), Wellington, hereby give notice that on the 15th day of January 2001, the debentureholder, under a deed of debenture dated on or about the 28th day of November 2000 from the company ("the debenture"), appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all of the property, assets, business and undertaking charged by the debenture (other than, until such time as it becomes charged by the debenture, the excluded property, as defined in the debenture).
