Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kerryn Mark Downey and Janice Amelia Dawson, chartered accountants, whose office is at KPMG Centre, 9 Princes Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 30th day of June 2001, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Rover City of Auckland Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 6th day of April 1999, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, plant, machinery, equipment, fixtures and fittings, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
