Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of June 2001, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Pacific Air Conditioning Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 1st day of July 1999 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
