Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and Steven Paul Graham were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of Yippee Limited on the 25th day of June 2001 at 1.00 p.m., pursuant to debentures dated the 4th day of May 2000 and the 16th day of October 2000.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the Debentures: All the assets and undertakings of the company.
