Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the above-named companies on the 19th day of June 2001, under the terms of debentures issued by each of the companies.
The Property in Receivership for Each of the Companies is: All their undertakings, property and assets.
