Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Cavell Leitch Pringle and Boyle Nominees Limited gives notice that on the 15th day of June 2001, it appointed Paul Bernard Callaghan, chartered accountant of Christchurch, receiver of Massimo Barfucci (in bankruptcy) in respect of the income of the property owned by Massimo Barfucci
(in bankruptcy) at 4 Marshall Street, Rangiora (contained in certificate of title 46B/978 (Canterbury Registry)).
