Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Maurice George Noone and Gary Traveller, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington, were appointed receivers of Pace Set Holdings Limited on the 15th day of June 2001, by the National Bank of New Zealand Limited under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers' Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, 119 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
