Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

We advise that Andrew John Love of our Sydney office was appointed receiver and manager of Telemedia Networks International Limited on the 5th day of June 2001 at 5.00 p.m., pursuant to a debenture dated the 8th day of June 2000.
