Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Incat Chartering Pty Limited hereby gives notice that on the 1st day of June 2001, they appointed Thomas John Perry and Robert Geoffrey McGregor Clarke, chartered accountants, whose offices are at Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants, Sixth Floor, Ernst & Young House, 227 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Fast Cat Ferries Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 19th day of January 2000.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects whatsoever.
