Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Vivian Limited on the 1st day of June 2001, under the terms of a debenture dated the 15th day of December 1998.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
