Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew Marchel Oorschot, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 28th day
of May 2001, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Canterbury Independent Breweries Limited (in receivership and in liquidation), under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 29th day of April 1999, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Canterbury Independent Breweries Limited (in receivership and in liquidation).
