Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Clive Ashley Johnson, chartered accountant of Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 25th day of May 2001, he was appointed receiver and manager of the above-named company under the powers contained in a deed of debenture dated the 20th day of March 1998.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all assets and undertakings of the company charged by the security deed.
