Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
William Patrick Baldwin and Peter John Cordner ("the debenture holders") hereby give notice that on the 18th day of May 2001, they appointed Neville Petrie Fagerlund and Michael John Keyse, chartered accountants of Christchurch, jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets charged by the debenture dated the 22nd day of December 2000, given by Genztech Limited in favour of Gold Band Finance Limited, and assigned to the debenture holders on the 7th day of March 2001.
