Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Maurice George Noone and Gary Traveller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Forsyth Barr House, The Octagon (P.O. Box 5848), Dunedin, were appointed receivers of James Wren & Co (Southland) Limited on the 23rd day of May 2001, under the terms of a debenture.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertakings, property and assets.
