Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Ian Robert Souster, chartered accountant of Papatoetoe ("the receiver and manager"), hereby give notice that I was, on the 13th day of May 2001, appointed as receiver and manager of Carmont Limited as follows:
All the undertaking and goodwill of all business, and all the property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, and all the uncalled and unpaid capital (including reserve capital) both present and future of the above-named company.
