Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 4th day of May 2001, I, Kevin James Gillespie, was appointed by Juleen Maria Walsh, Peter Francis Menzies, Mary Anne Mahoney and Peter James Mahoney, acting under powers conferred by a deed of debenture dated the 11th day of November 1998, as receiver and manager of all of the property of the above-named company.
