David Bryden Davidson and Richard Dale Agnew, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Temperature Controlled Distribution Limited on the 4th day of May 2001 under the terms of a third ranking debenture over the company dated the 24th day of July 1998.
This ranks after the appointment on the 7th day of May 2001 of Michael Peter Stiassny and Grant Robert Graham, of Ferrier Hodgson, under the second ranking debenture over the company dated the 20th day of September 2000.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
