Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gary Traveller and John Anthony Waller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Norfolk Holdings Limited on the 9th day of May 2001, under the terms of a debenture dated the 16th day of June 1993.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
