Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were, on the 27th day of April 2001, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of Pound Road Salmon Angling and Entertainment Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 22nd day of December 2000, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as from the date hereof, we, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Hart, have ceased to act as joint receivers and managers of the above-named company.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Care of Rodewald Hart & Associates Limited, corner of Jocelyn and Queen Streets (P.O. Box 591), Te Puke.
