Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Peter Ross McLean and David Murray Blanchett, hereby give notice that on the 24th day of April 2001, we were appointed joint and several receivers of income of Wolfgang Holdings Limited, pursuant to mortgages dated the 28th day of November 1995.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the Debenture: Income in respect of rental derived from Webbfoot Building, corner of Tutanekai and Amahou Streets, Rotorua, and Jackson Building, Tutanekai Street, Rotorua.
