Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of April 2001, Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the property of Lightning Group Limited under the powers contained in a registered debenture dated the 24th day of December 1998, given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking and assets.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are: Corporate Finance Limited, Level Three, 115 Queen Street, Auckland.
