Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of April 2001, William Basil Orr, director of Auckland, was appointed receiver of all the property of Devonport Function Centre Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 8th day of February 1994 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's assets and undertakings.
The Offices of the Receiver are: Care of 34 O'Rorke Road, Penrose, Auckland. Postal Address: Care of P.O. Box 29-045, Greenwoods Corner, Auckland.
