Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (a) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of April
2001, Bridgecorp Finance Limited appointed Gary Noel Hitchcock, chartered accountant, whose office is at Horwath Corporate Limited, Level Fourteen, The Shortland Centre, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in a certain deed of debenture dated the 30th day of August 2000.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all of the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor of the company during normal business hours to Robert Walker-Brash.
