Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on the 10th day of April 2001, Graeme George McDonald and John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Hornsby Earthmovers (Auckland) Limited, under the powers contained in debentures dated the 22nd day of August 1996 and the
21st day of February 2001, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
