Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and William Oliver Ferguson, insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that, on the 28th day of March 2001, they were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all the property, assets and undertakings of Lenora Holdings Limited
(in liquidation) pursuant to a debenture dated the 14th day of October 1998.
