Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955
(as applied in the Cook Islands by the Companies Act
1970-1971)
Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of specific property of the company on the 22nd day of March 2001, under the terms of a debenture dated the 24th day of July 1995.
The property in receivership is firstly the vessel MV Ngamaru III together with all equipment, gear, fittings, instruments, documents, books, licences, approvals and records relating to the vessel, safety equipment, spares, ropes, fuels and oils presently on the said vessel or used or necessary in the operation of the vessel, and secondly any freight monies owing for the cartage of goods or persons on the said vessel.
